A new 3 storey boutique apartment building with basement car parking and a generous landscaped setting. Each apartment occupies a full floor of the building with living areas facing the street (with views over the nearby golf course) and bedrooms facing the rear courtyard garden. The through floor plan allows for excellent cross ventilation and a variety of outlooks for each apartment.

A central core of kitchen, bathrooms and study is screened behind a sweeping angled wall that forms a linking compositional element through the length of the apartment.
